Real-time magnetic field validation comparing HDGM-RT model predictions (red) with USGS observatory measurements (blue). The model incorporates DIFI for ionospheric variations (|QD latitude| < 55°), POMME for magnetospheric disturbances, and WGPM for high-latitude regions (QD latitude ≥ 55°). Models driven by the NOAA SWPC real-time solar wind data and by the forecasted External Storm-time (Est) index. Observatory baselines were adjusted to remove crustal biases.
